Our take
For a bachelorette or birthday group that wants to dance: the tractor and the Party Express are the classic Nashville photo. They cost the same from-price; the difference is that the tractor is non-refundable on Viator while the Party Express can be cancelled free up to 24 hours ahead. Both ask you to arrive an hour early at their own bar lots, so budget that time.
For a smaller group that wants a host and a bartender on board: the Joyride bus costs more but includes an on-site bartender and DJ, and the listing mentions hotel pick-up and drop-off.
For people who want to actually see Broadway’s bars: book a walking crawl. The Printers Alley crawl is led by a comedian guide and runs three hours; the 2nd Avenue crawl is shorter and adds games and drink specials. Drinks are not included on either.
