Ernest Hemingway Home & Museum

Admission includes a 20–30 minute guided tour; tours start every 15 minutes from 9:15 a.m., and walk-ins are welcome daily. The house is also known for its resident cats.

Harry S. Truman Little White House

Florida’s only presidential museum, at 111 Front Street in the Truman Annex. Guided house tours run throughout the day: check in at the Truman Annex kiosk to join the next available tour. The museum notes that parking isn’t allowed inside the Truman Annex community; use paid lots at Mallory Square or along Whitehead Street. Its history pages cover the Key West Accord on the roles of the armed services, Eisenhower’s recuperation here after his 1956 heart attack, and Thomas Edison’s stay during World War I.

The forts

Getting between them

Old Town is walkable, but the Old Town Trolley (13 stops, hop on and off) and the Conch Tour Train (a 60-minute narrated loop, boarding every 30 minutes, first tour 9 a.m.) both pass the main museums.

Viator prices change often, so we don’t quote them: the Viator buttons open the live listing, where you’ll see today’s price, times and cancellation terms. Facts on this page come from the operators’ own sites.
